pretty self explanatory.... they are baking 'annayish belladeh' - flat bread.... its sooooo yummy.... syou know its coked once it puffs out into a circle, but you have to e careful eating it beause when you break a bit off - all the hot steam escapes and can bur you.lol [my brother found that out the hard way] so good though... specially fresh from the pot belly oven thingy.
